Auxiliary machines
In SEGI we work with a wide range of auxiliary machines that allow us to perform all kinds of different jobs such as: notchers, broaching machines, saws, punches, lathes, presses, overhead cranes, etc.
All this type of machinery facilitates our work and the objective of finishing the work in the estimated time.
If you need to perform any work with this type of machinery you can request a quote by clicking on «Request quote».
MEC-80 CNC PREMIUM NOTCHER
TECHNICAL DATA
The MEC 80 CNC notching machine can work with workpieces up to 440 mm in height and can make keyways ranging from 3 mm to 100 mm. The CNC feed offers the possibility of making straight, conical or blind hole notches.
In addition, it has an automatic system for the approach of the blade to the point where the work begins, adjusting the travel and the separation between the tool and the workpiece. In addition, the MEC 80 CNC includes a 2 HP servomotor with electrical safety equipment.
HOFFMAN BROACHING MACHINE
TECHNICAL DATA
A broaching machine is a machine tool designed and built to be able to machine grooves. For this purpose, it uses broaches, multi-strand cutting tools.
The principle of operation of a broach is as if it were a progressive chisel, where as it advances a new chisel comes into operation, having as many steps as the broach has.
The design of this tool allows that, as the tool advances, each tooth of the tool cuts a little bit of material around 0.05 millimeters. Therefore, the length of the broach is limited by the amount of material it has to cut.

DOALL C-2600 CNC SAW BLADE
TECHNICAL DATA
The band saw or band saw is a pedal or electric saw, which has a long, narrow and flexible toothed metal strip. The strip travels on two wheels that are in the same vertical plane with a space between them.
Band saws can be used in carpentry and metalworking or for cutting various materials outside these activities, being useful in cutting irregular shapes.
FAT SAW MOD.370 CNC
TECHNICAL DATA
Used in carpentry and mechanical workshops that require ease of use and high quality. Ideal for cutting pipes and profiles of small and medium dimensions with cutting angle at 60° right and 45° left. CNC control of all machine functions with the possibility of memorizing up to 30 cutting programs.
IRSASA POINTING MACHINE
TECHNICAL DATA
Machine for electric resistance welding; it owes its name to the type of joining it performs (spot welding). It is suitable for joining thin sheets and is universally adopted for the assembly of car bodies.
A spot welding machine is composed of a fixed part, comprising the transformer and the electrical regulation system, and a mobile part, consisting of 2 conductive tips which, when approaching each other, clamp the 2 sheets to be welded.
JASHONE PARALLEL LATHE
TECHNICAL DATA
The parallel lathe is a machine tool that transforms any solid into a well-defined part or body in terms of shape and dimensions.
To do this, it rotates the solid around the axis of symmetry of the desired shape and removes material in the form of chips and peripherally.
PRESS MH7
TECHNICAL DATA
Industrial presses are used in manufacturing plants to form or assemble a product by applying pressure.
EITEL PRESS
TECHNICAL DATA
Industrial presses are used in manufacturing plants to form or assemble a product by applying pressure.
BRIDGE CRANE GH 5TN
TECHNICAL DATA
A bridge crane1 is a type of crane used in factories and industries to lift and move heavy loads, allowing large parts to be moved horizontally and vertically.
A bridge crane consists of a pair of parallel rails located at a great height on the sides of the building with a movable metal bridge (beam) that covers the space between them.
